Why is it, that a cheetah or a falcon or ANY other animal for that matter, are performing at their very best without effort?
They just do what they’re built for. (Off course there can be some physical malfunctioning which makes te performance lower, like a broken wing or a sour knee.)
But without this, the cheetah runs 130 km p/h.
Not saying: “Not today, I’m not in the mood, I’m tired.” Or: “No won’t do it, i’m scared I won’t run as fast as my brother.”
