How does it work?
Why is massage so amazing for being your best?
Remove waste and lead the power supply
During training sessions the body produces waste products, which can accumulate and ultimately lead to injuries. Because the massage therapy stimulates the lymphatic system, this waste can be removed from these areas, and eventually leave the body.
Next to that the blood stream is also stimulated. Blood is the power supply of the body, so we always want blood towards the areas where muscles are tense. When blood comes into these areas they can recover.
Power and stamina
Because of these two movements being stimulated, lymphatic system and the blood stream, the body gets a chance to recover much better and faster. And when its done recovering it can build muscle power and stamina more easily.
So, in three ways it prevents injury and contributes to stamina and power.
